Scootchy McVeej.

Uh oh. We’re in trouble. The day we’ve been dreading has come.

I’m talking about….MOBILITY.

Veronica has learned how to scoot backwards!

The good news is this is the only direction she can go.

The bad news is the scootching is interspersed with some serious faceplants.

She is also learning how to get out of her bumbo!

Watch out, world. Here she comes.

Every day this child has a new, more awesome nickname. today’s is no exception.

and every time you take pictures of faceplants, my heart gets happy. it’s hysterical.

scootchy mcveej – you better get some rear-view mirror attachment or something – scootchin’ backward is dangerous. but i’m so proud!

I thoroughly enjoy that you’ve captured more than one faceplant episode. That’s some good photography skills there.

Oh – and she’s absolutely adorable.

Uh-oh… time to get the kennel ready! Kidding.
I do like the Sport’s-Illustrated-swimsuit-edition-ish pose of the last picture. All she needs is some sand and a bikini.
