Kids say the darndest things

Veronica took her first long car trip this weekend! She visited Grandpa Turner in Green Bay and got the delight of listening to her father on tape from when he was 4!

VJ was a perfect little lady the whole time she was in Green Bay. It was very relaxing for me…especially since her mom and dad were right here in case she got hungry, tired, bored or wet. Thanks Rebekah and Chris…for such quality bonding time.

The attached tape of Christopher is part of a larger “album” of tapes of him at ages 1, 2, and 4. (These are the tapes I was trying to find to play at either the rehearsal dinner or the wedding reception.) Can anyone possibly want to listen to them all?

My point is that there are several hours of tapes of Chris paying loud tribute to his “Mighty Mo.” Now that I’ve found the tapes, they are sure to start appearing at various places where Chris, Rebekah and Veronica gather with family and friends. Payback is sweet!

I remember that Matt was often the captive audience that his big brother Chris would perform for. He was either trying to entertain Matt, or scare him to death. But Matt usually had a big grin on his face (see Matt’s childhood photos to see those big smiles).

I am sure Grandpa T is going to take those off tape and put them on a CD

After the trip to Green Bay I expected to see VJ in a Packer Cheer leading outfit
